What we store

• OAuth tokens for your HubSpot account, so the app can act on your behalf.
• For each merge made through the UnmergePulse card: a snapshot of both records' property values and the IDs of their associated records and activities. We need this to undo the merge.
• A log of restores (record IDs, time, HubSpot user ID) to count free-plan usage.

What we don't do

We don't sell, share or analyse your CRM data, don't use it to train AI, and don't read records except when you use the card.

Retention and deletion

Snapshots are deleted automatically after 90 days. When you uninstall the app, tokens and snapshots are deleted. To delete data sooner, email support@puzaricloud.in.

Where data lives

On our server in the EU (Hetzner), over HTTPS. Access is limited to the developer.
